Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work for Sketchopia, operated by Trishula Gamings Private Limited ("Sketchopia", "we", "us"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Sketchopia is a digital service. Everything you buy is a non-tangible digital good delivered instantly within the app — there is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

1. What you pay for

Full access to Sketchopia is available through an auto-renewing subscription that begins with a free trial. Subscriptions are sold and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms — we do not take card payments directly.

2. Subscriptions (cancellation & refunds)

Subscriptions are sold and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, so their cancellation and refund rules apply.

  • Free trial. If your subscription starts with a free trial, you are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically renews into a paid subscription.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel any time from your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds.Refunds for store-billed subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies. You can request one through the relevant store. Any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under your country's consumer laws continue to apply.

3. Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but did not get access, or you were charged more than once for the same subscription, this is handled by the app store that processed your payment (Apple or Google). Contact us with the payment date, amount and any transaction/reference ID and we'll help you resolve it with the store.

4. How to request a refund

Email us at contactus@sketchopia.co from the email address on your account, with:

  • the date and amount of the payment;
  • the transaction or order/reference ID, if you have it;
  • a short description of the issue.

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and to resolve them within 7 business days. For subscription purchases, we may direct you to Apple or Google, who process those refunds.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Effective" date. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
